What is a really easy song to learn to play on the guitar?

I have an oral presentation to do in roughly a month. I know a little about the guitar, but I have a buddy that is willing to help me learn at least a little bit of a song. He doesn’t really know what song to help me learn, and I really need something easy.
He was thinking “The Sweater Song” by Weezer, the intro. I think that seems hard.
Any ideas?

Green Onions sounds pretty cool or ‘Famous Last Words’ by MCR. Both easy. Oh and ‘Smells like Teen Spirit’ by Nirvana.
What kinda guitar you doing? Lead or rhythm?
You could go to to abd get tabs for almost style you want and assess the difficulty.
I usually play song’s which have a simple riff and play along by ear to begin with, like ‘just a girl’ by no doubt

what kind of guitar are you going to be using? acoustic or electric? If you’re using electric I’d go with Brain Stew by Green Day, it’s so easy I learned it in like 2 minutes. That or Iron Man, that’s pretty easy too
